Marvin did an excellent job of explaining the new furnace to me. Chris the technician was very polite and friendly.

Marvin did a great job explaining our options and giving us direction on filing the National Grid rebates. The installers also did an excellent job!

Our technician was so outstanding and ethical! He was very capable. He has fixed all of my plumbing. We live in an area of high mineral content, so he showed me how to fix the problem versus up-selling their services. Everything was so great!

I would advise all homeowners to look no further than Potter-Perrone for their plumbing and heating needs.
