The technician called me before he was going to arrive which was a huge convenience since I was at work and needed to meet him at my house. After he installed the humidifier he was kind enough to show me how to turn it off and change the filter.

We have two HVAC units in our home. We have had a another company in the past service us but we decided to try Midwest Heating Cooling & Plumbing this time on a recommendation we received. We were not disappointed. The technician was prompt and very personable. He also took a few extra steps to make the install cleaner which was very much appreciated. We will be using them again.

Each person that I have worked with here has been courteous and professional. They have been great and have shared their expertise without digging at their competitors which I think is awesome.
