I had heard great things about Dr. Welch at Hearing Services of Franklin and decided to consider a change. From start to finish, my experience was wonderful. The doctor and staff were extremely nice and the tests to determine my personal hearing needs were very comprehensive. The end result was; the range of sound that I can hear now, as opposed to before, is much greater.

Hearing Services is they are courteous and professional and have nothing but good things to say about them. My mother-in-law goes to them as well.

My check in/check out process at Hearing Service of Franklin is always done in a reasonable amount of time. I never have to wait for long until being seen.
