I had heard great things about Dr. Welch at Hearing Services of Franklin and decided to consider a change. From start to finish, my experience was wonderful. The doctor and staff were extremely nice and the tests to determine my personal hearing needs were very comprehensive. The end result was; the range of sound that I can hear now, as opposed to before, is much greater.

The aspect that I like most about the office of Hearing Service of Franklin is the fact that all of the doctors are very good at communicating with one another. It makes each appointment go by a lot easier.

Dr. Welch and the entire staff have been nothing short of wonderful to me. Having to get hearing aids at 45 was troubling, but they graciously walked me through the process and continue to making my hearing aids a priority. They have taken care of my every need and I am very grateful.

Hearing Services of Franklin is wonderful, they really focus on the patients and make us there top priority. As soon as you walk in you get that feeling that you really matter.

Dr. Welch is excellent! Every person I have come in contact with at Hearing Services of Franklin has been a pleasure to deal with. They were very attentive to me and were very accommodating and I am so happy I found this hearing center!
