I was very impressed with the technicians knowledge and concern for excellent customer service. Getzschman's surpasses any heating and air conditioning service I have ever used in the past.

I had been having a lot of problems with my furnace. It usually happened on the weekends and in the evenings, but that didn't matter to the guys at Getzschman! Someone came out right away and they didn't leave until the job was done.

They put in a new furnace last fall and I didn't hesitate to call them for my new air conditioner. I had no problem not being home during the install. I also like when I call them a person answers and I don't have to push a dozen buttons just to talk to a person!
