I chose Getzschman Heating & Air Conditioning because of their reputation for quality service and workmanship. I called them on a Saturday and a person actually answered without getting an answering machine; great asset. They should continue to keep up the great work.

I was very impressed with Steve and Scott especially their willingness to locate air returns that would work best for us even though the construction of our home made it difficult. They also positioned our AC unit in a more aesthetically pleasing position. Very much appreciated! I was also very pleased with how helpful their office staff has been with my questions.

Customer service seems to go out the window for some companies, but not Getzschman's. The installers worked very hard to install our new heating system. They were polite, courteous, and helpful- it was a pleasant experience.
