Customer service seems to go out the window for some companies, but not Getzschman's. The installers worked very hard to install our new heating system. They were polite, courteous, and helpful- it was a pleasant experience.

We always have used Getzschman's because of their reputation. We trust them, we like that we can leave the house when the installers came to install our new furnace. They were done before we got home, cleaned up after themselves and locked the door.

I was very impressed with Steve and Scott especially their willingness to locate air returns that would work best for us even though the construction of our home made it difficult. They also positioned our AC unit in a more aesthetically pleasing position. Very much appreciated! I was also very pleased with how helpful their office staff has been with my questions.

Getzschman has maintained our systems for over 10 years so there was no reason to change or look elsewhere when we needed a new heating and cooling system!
