We called on McGlaughlin's when our fridge was no longer keeping our food cold. They came right away, and fixed the problem. It was a very old fridge, but they knew exactly what to do. The man who came here was excellent. All the service technicians who have come to our house before have people skills- that's important. That's what we noticed most, a lot of people know how to do the job, but their people skills are dismal.

When working with this company, you will never get the run around you might see at some larger chains. They are local and I really enjoy that.
