The doctors at Brentwood Animal Hospital saw my dog without a scheduled appointment. The front office worked really well with me to get her seen by the doctor. Great customer service.

It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. When I left their office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I can tell that it is important to them to make sure all of their clients never leave feeling confused. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
