The customer service is very good at Brentwood Animal Hospital, I am always ackowledged when I walk in the door. Dr. Nick provides excellent care for my dog!

Brentwood Animal Hospital is very well staffed. The employees interact so well with the pets and you as an owner. They don't have to change anything, they're great.

It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. When I left their office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I can tell that it is important to them to make sure all of their clients never leave feeling confused. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

I am very satisfied with Brentwood Animal Hospital. The vet always takes a lot of time to explain to my husband and me any information we need. My dog, Nikita, loves him too.
