I love that everyone in the office knows us when we go in. My baby is definitely the "office baby". We go in and the front desk girls pass her around and coo at her. I love that they all know us by name.

The doctor didn't make me feel like she was in a rush or hurrying to get out of there. She talked with me, gave me options, and let me choose what I wanted.

Very professional staff, clean office, option to see nurse practitioner or the doctor, I have seen both and very happy with my treatment.

I think the check in and check out process at HAPPI Urgent Care goes really well. They do it in a timely manner. They are pretty fast and good at what they do.

I like the staff at HAPPI, and they definitely love my son. Whenever we bring him in they all pass him around and take turns holding him. He is definitely the office baby, so I have no doubt that they are giving him excellent care.
