The doctors and staff know exactly how to provide over the top customer service!

Both doctors are so thorough with their eye exams. They explain their findings and what's going on with you, and go into detail about any treatment options or glasses, etc.

Wait time is important to me, and I have very little of that at Des Moines Eye Care. I've never had a bad experience and I get in and out.

I feel like the office has a good selection of eye wear for you, even if it's not quite as much as a big box retailer might carry. I can find what I like.

I've never had a problem with timing at this center. Things seem to be run very smoothly since they are always on time for appointments.
