I get auto and home insurance from ISU The May Agency. I have for many years. Things have been good so far. I have yet to file a claim with them and I sure hope I don't have to. I'm sure they would do a good job, but who wants to deal with a claim?

I love that when I call The May Agency there is always a pleasant human there to answer and direct my call instead of just an automated response. It is a nice feeling to get personal service somewhere, since that is something that seems to be diminishing because of the internet and emails.

I like that if i have questions I can call my specific insurance agent and call him directly, versus having to call an 800 number and deal with someone I don't know.

I'm a small town person, and it's nice to know that I can just go in there and see them and not deal with tons of people over the phones.

ISU insures my multi-family apartments, my personal homes, and our company cars! They do it all.
