I would rate them a 5 out of 5. I love that I can do my banking online.

Since I became a member of SIR Credit Union 4 years ago I always feel like I'm an important member when I deal with them and I really appreciate it. The representatives know me and greet me when I come in, which has made my experience with them very positive. I really think the people here are top notch. They go above and beyond in service and are super friendly. What I like the most is the people that work there and how they just strike up a conversation with you. They treat you like your a neighbor.

I usually do all of my banking here at the branch location because it is local for me. I must say everything is done professionally. What I like the most is the friendly staff there, and how they always ask how you are doing or how your day is going. They don't have to do that though I feel they go out of there way in doing so!
