I wouldn't go to another auto body repair shop! Only Long Pond Auto Body!

I have been a cop for 27 years an 8 months and I have dealt with lots of shops and filled out thousands of accident reports and Long Pond Auto Body really stands out. They are by far the best on this side of Monroe County. The owner has actually come out and sat down with me like a real human being. Long Pond Auto is great, I brought my car here for the first time almost 2 decades ago now. They did the work I had asked for and they even shampooed and cleaned the interior of my car. I was so surprised and impressed, made me a customer for life.

The guys here are welcoming and really great at what they do. They let me know what they're doing on my cars before they do it and never mind explaining it in detail. They're great people.

I've had body work and repairs done to several of my vehicles over the years from hitting deer and other incidents. The staff at Long Pond Auto Body seem to be very energetic and very forth coming. It's nice to go into a place where the people are in a good mood and talkative. Everytime I've ever been in there they always appear to be happy.
