The staff along with the owner Tom seem extremely knowledgeable and explain everything to me in a way I would understand. I really appreciate that and how friendly they are as well.

I've had body work and repairs done to several of my vehicles over the years from hitting deer and other incidents. The staff at Long Pond Auto Body seem to be very energetic and very forth coming. It's nice to go into a place where the people are in a good mood and talkative. Everytime I've ever been in there they always appear to be happy.
