I would have to say that the staff over at LPAB were very friendly and knowledgeable. I only have been there once but I will certainly bring back my car there again.

I had my BMW serviced at Long Pond Auto Body, and they did great work. The reason I go back is because of the quality of work done. They fixed up my car like new. I trust these guys and I don't plan on going anywhere else in Rochester to get repairs done. - Ron

I have been a long time customer of LPAB. The staff has never let me down, always making sure my car is ready when they say it will be. They also really do go out of their way to make sure they exceed your expectations.

Everyone here is awesome, they know what they're doing and they really care about each of their customers. I know my car is in capable hands when I leave it here and that's a great feeling to have.
