I recommend this auto body shop to everyone I know. I tell them you definitely get what you pay for, such outstanding work that they do over there.

They've gone above and beyond for me at Long Pond Auto Body. No one likes having to bring their car in to the shop but they make it a pretty enjoyable experience.

Long Pond Auto Body has fixed many of my cars over the past 25 years. I've been going to them since I was 17 years old. They do a quality job on the cars and they get it right the first time. I've never had to bring a car back. They also have fair pricing for times I've had to pay out of my pocket when it wasn't covered by insurance. They're a great group of people and that's why I've been such a long time customer. I recommend them to others all the time because of how good they've treated me. I would have to say that the staff over at LPAB were very friendly and knowledgeable. I only have been there once but I will certainly bring back my car there again.

I had my BMW serviced at Long Pond Auto Body, and they did great work. The reason I go back is because of the quality of work done. They fixed up my car like new. I trust these guys and I don't plan on going anywhere else in Rochester to get repairs done. - Ron
