I couldn't be happier with the service at Long Pond Auto Body!

I would have to say that the staff over at LPAB were very friendly and knowledgeable. I only have been there once but I will certainly bring back my car there again.

I have never had a problem with the way they work with my car. They certainly are extremely accommodating to me. I would highly recommend them.

I had to bring in my van after somebody backed into it. I was more than satisfied with their services. Everyone there is friendly and prompt. They're great with estimates and detail. They do the little things as well such as wash it, new mats, tires and vacuumed. Best auto body shop in Rochester.

I've been taking my vehicles to Long Pond Auto Body for about 20 years and I've been very pleased with them. They're very easy to do business with. My daughter's car was recently in an accident and she needed it repaired quickly, even though they set her up with a rental car they were still very helpful in getting it done very quickly. -Doug H
