I came in with a lot of question, not expecting many of them to be answered. However the billing person here was exceptionally helpful and kind. The doctor actually came out to talk to me about my concerns as well, which was surprising and really made me feel about about everything. He answered truthfully and acted as if I was an equal with him instead of just a patient.
