I pay a great rate, especially considering the size of my apartment. The property is nice and well maintained. I have nothing but good things to say about renting from Mason Properties.

We love it here. The grounds are safe and there is even a playground. The maintenance guy takes care of any issues quickly. I have lived other places that take months to fix things, if they do at all. Mason Properties is great. I have already recommended them to several friends.

I've had a great experience living at James Court Apartments so far. Everyone working there is very nice and you can't beat the price!
