I was having problems with my stove so I called Custom Heating and Plumbing that night. They were at my house the very next morning, I was extremely impressed because normally you have to wait around for any serviceman to come to your house. I really felt that they went above and beyond their call of duty.

I did not have any trouble getting Custom Heating & Plumbing to come and fix the pilot on my furnace this past winter on a weekend. Sometimes it is hard to get a hold of businesses on the weekends but I had no trouble. They came quickly and took care of the issue. I have used them and my neighbors have been to for years. No wonder we keep using them because they run a great business and take care of their customers.

They really came in handy when the helped maintain some of of heating equipment. The technician who showed up was great. Very knowledgeable and professional.

We purchased our furnace from Custom Heating and Plumbing a few years ago and they do all of the maintenance on it and whenever we need a filter replaced, or something else done to the unit we call Custom Heating & Cooling and they come over!
