We purchased our furnace from Custom Heating and Plumbing a few years ago and they do all of the maintenance on it and whenever we need a filter replaced, or something else done to the unit we call Custom Heating & Cooling and they come over!

I have a contract with Custom Heating and Plumbing. They come annually and check out my furnace and air conditioner. I love that I don't have to remember to have them inspected. I get a call and they set up a time to come take a look. It's very convenient for me and at a very reasonable price.
