I did not have any trouble getting Custom Heating & Plumbing to come and fix the pilot on my furnace this past winter on a weekend. Sometimes it is hard to get a hold of businesses on the weekends but I had no trouble. They came quickly and took care of the issue. I have used them and my neighbors have been to for years. No wonder we keep using them because they run a great business and take care of their customers.

We got a good price on our furnace and ac. The staff is reliable and there when I need them. I can always call and talk to someone when I have a question about something.
