When I worked with Rochester Monument it was for a memorial for fallen firefighters in the Webster fire department. They were phenomenal, we bought a bronze statue from them that actually cam from Italy, they only charged us for the material, no shipping, no engraving they really went above and beyond what was expected of hem but they did it for their community.

Such attentive and courteous staff members that work there. They were able to answer any of my calls or concerns I had in a timely manner which I really appreciated.

I was pleased with the final product from Rochester Monument. It turned out good.
