The service was phenomenal, I would certainly recommend Rochester Monument to anyone that needs this service done. The statue we bought actually came from Italy, no extra charge!

The staff at Rochester Monument did some very beautiful work for our family. They made sure to take the time with us and understand how we would like the work done, and they made sure to call when they told us they were going to. They really went beyond our expectations when my husband and I worked with them to have a double monument made. The carving and designing were done perfectly, they will really listen to what you want and do their best to bring it to life!

The staff is certainly very courteous and respectful. I have to say it was also done in a very timely manner.
