Working with Rochester Monument on the stone for my brother was a pleasant experience (dispite the traumatic nature of the overall situation). When I worked with Rochester Monument it was for a memorial for fallen firefighters in the Webster fire department. They were phenomenal, we bought a bronze statue from them that actually cam from Italy, they only charged us for the material, no shipping, no engraving they really went above and beyond what was expected of hem but they did it for their community.

I was absolutely satisfied with the work that Rochester Monument did for us. In addition to that the staff is very easy to work with and respectful.

Highly recommended, i had a monument made ahead of time for myself and my husband through the Webster Union Cemetary. We were very pleased with the result. We were able to work directly with the owner and he was great at communicating with us.
