Cats live there and they are constantly coming out into the waiting room and love on people. If you are there and worried, the cats give you something to make them feel better and takes some stress off of your mind.

We never have to wait long before we are called in, which is something I look for because I am very busy! My animals have had everything done there, from checkups to spading.
