They were professional, courteous - wore protective slippers while in the house. My thermostat batteries had long expired and it is falling out of the wall. The service technician fixed it all up and advised me what kind of anchors to get to keep it firmly attached to the wall. He told me the unit is in good condition overall.

My serviceman Josh was a little late, but he called ahead of time to warn us he was stuck in traffic. When he did arrive he was courteous, friendly, efficient, and went right to work. He finished the job quickly and then took the time to chat for a few minutes after. I would request him in the future.

The owner came out himself and reviewed the install. He explained the operation nicely, and competently dealt with the Municipal Utility District during the whole process. I was impressed.
