Dr. Shapero is so gentle and courteous during all my appointments. The entire staff just has so much professionalism that carries throughout their work.

During our office visits there is always a sense of comfort in the office. They make sure you are very relaxed and I have never felt uncomfortable while I was there.

The staff at Dr. Suzanne Shapero are all truly so great. The do such a good job at following up with all their patients for their next appointment and reminders, etc.

I love how they are always following up with emails to make sure you know when your appointment is. They are very professional when it comes to billing and its nice to know these people really care about you and your family.
