The employees, or jewelers rather, are very nice and friendly. They are so helpful, they went above and beyond with what I needed.

Customer service at Snyder's is comparable to none. You get personal service, timely service and Friendliness.

You guys are awesome. They took really good care of my dad's retirement watch.

They are a vendor with a small town sense in that they were easy to work with and nice, laid back people. They got to know us a bit and really cared about whether or not we loved what we got. We definitely loved it.

I'm known by name here and treated with such respect. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
