My most recent visit there went very nicely. You can tell that they place an emphasis on patient experience. To me, that tells a lot about the practice.

They will sit you down at your appointment, make sure you understand everything and at the end of the appointment they will make sure to explain their findings to you.

They are a customer service oriented office. They are good with people, which makes patients feel good about coming here.

The office staff was so nice to me even though I showed up a couple minutes late. Dr. Kruger was confident and made me comfortable in the exam room. I enjoyed my appointment.

They don't just tell you what they are going to do. They take the time to explain things.
