Procedures are gone over in advance. They also talk to you about insurance coverage so you aren't surprised with bills.

They are the greatest here! You walk in, feel immediately welcome and never have to wait for your appointment longer than 1 minute past the time it is scheduled for.

Staff is friendly and asks me how I'm doing and if anything has changed with my vision. The exams are thorough and don't leave any stone unturned. I know I'm getting the best care.

The office staff was so nice to me even though I showed up a couple minutes late. Dr. Kruger was confident and made me comfortable in the exam room. I enjoyed my appointment.

Dr. Kruger and the rest of his staff are always able to answer my questions and ease my fears about getting my eyes dilated. It's actually not even that bad.
