There is a sense of courtesy though the office. They are polite and accommodating with me, and I see it toward other patients too.

I forgot my contacts when going out of the area on vacation and DMEC was able to hook me up with an area provider so that I could get some lenses without having to go all the way back home! Much appreciated.

They are a customer service oriented office. They are good with people, which makes patients feel good about coming here.

Staff is friendly and asks me how I'm doing and if anything has changed with my vision. The exams are thorough and don't leave any stone unturned. I know I'm getting the best care.

My most recent visit there went very nicely. You can tell that they place an emphasis on patient experience. To me, that tells a lot about the practice.
