Their professionalism makes a statement that is work noting. I would easily give them five stars just for that.

I've received above and beyond customer service from Dr. Kruger and everyone in the office multiple times. They go out of their way to accommodate you.

Dr. Kruger and the rest of his staff are always able to answer my questions and ease my fears about getting my eyes dilated. It's actually not even that bad.

Procedures are gone over in advance. They also talk to you about insurance coverage so you aren't surprised with bills.

Everybody is kind and pleasant when I go in for my scheduled appointments. It makes the whole practice a nicer place to be.
