These guys are friendly, responsive and a much better value than the dealer ever is. For instance, last week we got a recall notice on my husband's BMW. The dealer was such a pain to work with. They kept telling us they'd get back in touch with us but they were really spinning us in circles. I never have to worry about poor service or communication from Smitty or anyone at Till's Import Car Clinic. These little things make a huge difference to consumers. -Laurie
