My experience with Till's Import Car Clinic with their service has been nothing short of a GREAT EXPERIENCE! Starting with Smitty who is pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. Smitty's customer services is such that you feel like a valued customer. He's always eager to help in any way he can. My time is very precious to me, we run a foundation which raises money for blood cancer research. Point, when you perform the work, it is done correctly the first time...there's no need to bring it back. If there is a list of items to be done, they are all completed. No forgetting an item or two. It's really important to me. Plus Smitty always comes back to me with updates, this makes me feel like my business counts.
