Long Pond Auto is great, I brought my car here for the first time almost 2 decades ago now. They did the work I had asked for and they even shampooed and cleaned the interior of my car. I was so surprised and impressed, made me a customer for life.

I've been bringing my cars to Long Pond Auto for 16 years now, they're by far the best in Rochester. When they do work on my car they even clean up the interior for me, I don't know any other shop that has that kind of customer service. They're all down to earth and great at what they do, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My vehicle is always ready when they tell me, sometimes it is earlier which is not a bad thing. Best car experience I have had yet!
