We started working closely with Hutchison and Associates a few years ago when we were in need of some expertise in the area of civil engineering. I really appreciate that they are local and very easy to get a hold of, which is not always the case with some other companies. They do fine work, I absolutely recommend them.

They showed great attention to detail and were extremely professional. They thoroughly researched the background analysis of previous surveys, partition deeds, and conveyance of property ownership throughout many years and each marker was located by the surveying crew. They discovered that a previous survey done around 1983 was inaccurate which affects legal boundary lines documented with the county records as well as my will. After advising me of this error which was brought forward in a second survey done in 2005 by the same surveyor who made the original error, they recommended that I correct this before continuing with the purchase of additional property. I greatly appreciate their input and advice.
