I learned about Hutichson and Associates through a friend of mine who had used them for some civil engineering design work. I worked with them on land surveying and elevations in a project I was working on. They did a real good job and were able to adapt as parts of the project changed. Great people, professional work, and very easy to work with. I had Hutchison & Associates design my new office building which entailed extensive design work and time. From the planning stages to the finish, I was very pleased with the work that was done.

They showed great attention to detail and were extremely professional. They thoroughly researched the background analysis of previous surveys, partition deeds, and conveyance of property ownership throughout many years and each marker was located by the surveying crew. They discovered that a previous survey done around 1983 was inaccurate which affects legal boundary lines documented with the county records as well as my will. After advising me of this error which was brought forward in a second survey done in 2005 by the same surveyor who made the original error, they recommended that I correct this before continuing with the purchase of additional property. I greatly appreciate their input and advice.
