Working with Jerry and his staff have been a great experience. They have been doing a great job for me and I really am happy with the services that they have provided for me. They don't take advantage of their customers and it shows.

They did an outstanding job, they fixed my air conditioner and I am so thrilled. Mostly because I am just happy to have a/c again but the customer service was fantastic and they were available if I had any questions.

I don't remember where I heard of Jerry's Heating and Cooling but I'm sure glad I did. The service technicians name was Josh who was sent over right on time to see what was going on with my air conditioning. He did a great job with the diagnosis of what had happened and explained to me exactly what we needed to do to get it fixed. I gave him the go ahead and he did the job perfectly! Even when it came down to the invoice I couldn't believe the affordability of Jerry's in Santee, CA! Now I don't go to anyone else! - Patricia C.
