The food at Tapas 177 is different than any other food I have ever tasted. I have come here a lot and never once had a bad meal. The atmosphere here is also so wonderful and romantic.

The scallops entree I ordered was quite possibly the best meal I have ever had in my entire life. The scallops were cooked to perfection and the Gorgonzola sauce & balsamic reduction complemented the dish perfectly. Another favorite of mine is their crab cakes which are the best in Rochester. Although Tapas is famous as a Spanish restaurant and cocktail bar they also have amazing seafood dishes. - Mark -

There is not a single bad item on the menu here at Tapas 177. I have been happy with every meal I have gotten here.

Tapas is way more than just a restaurant. From salsa lessons, to amazing DJ's and live drummers, this is the place to be if you are looking for great food, specialty drinks, and dancing! What I love most about Tapas is the different types of people I have met there from all walks of life that come together just to have a great time. Tapas will remain one of my favorite downtown hot spots for years to come! - Amy C.
