They really go above and beyond for the customers. I have called a couple times and they are more then accommodating to me. They do really great work and the staff is very friendly!

We had a pellet stove that we bought from them and it consistently had problems for a while with it, but they always came out to fix it because it was under warranty. On the last visit, they finally figured out what the problem was and even though it wasn't under warranty they fixed it for us without charge anyway.
