They were very knowledgeable in helping us choose the best air conditioner that suited our home and explained the process of the installation. They did a clean job, did not leave any mess. I bought a multi-burner stove from Custom Heating & Cooling a few years ago, and each year they come out to service it for me. The service that I receive from their employees could not be better. Everyone I've worked with has been great - even the people who answer the phones at the office.
