Have been working with Custom Heating and Plumbing for years and they always do great work for us!

They've done a lot of work for us over the last 10 years. They are a responsible and dedicated staff to work with. They are on time and get the job done quickly.

We had a pellet stove that we bought from them and it consistently had problems for a while with it, but they always came out to fix it because it was under warranty. On the last visit, they finally figured out what the problem was and even though it wasn't under warranty they fixed it for us without charge anyway. Great customer service, can't speak highly enough of them.

We recently had our furnace serviced and our sump pump fixed. Our technician was very courteous and knowledgeable in giving us some tips to help maintain and extend the life of our furnace. They were able to identify the problems that they found and act upon them that day. We are really pleased with their quality of service and we plan on using them again.

All the staff at Custom Heating & Plumbing were more then knowledgeable and professional. From state to finish, it took them about 3.5 hours to finish the job.
