The service technician who was sent our to our company was experience, professional and polite. He made a great impression and we will continue to use Custom Heating and Plumbing.

I did not have any trouble getting Custom Heating & Plumbing to come and fix the pilot on my furnace this past winter on a weekend. Sometimes it is hard to get a hold of businesses on the weekends but I had no trouble. They came quickly and took care of the issue. I have used them and my neighbors have been to for years. No wonder we keep using them because they run a great business and take care of their customers.

I bought a pellet stove from Custom Heating and Cooling a few years ago. I love the piece it looks great and it heats really well. I was having a problem with it last year and it took several maintenance visits from Custom Heating and Cooling before we found out what was wrong with it. But once they were able to diagnose the problem they fixed it right away and at no charge because it was under warranty. Excellent customer service.- Bliss -
