I bought a pellet stove from Custom Heating and Cooling a few years ago. I love the piece it looks great and it heats really well. I was having a problem with it last year and it took several maintenance visits from Custom Heating and Cooling before we found out what was wrong with it. But once they were able to diagnose the problem they fixed it right away and at no charge because it was under warranty. Excellent customer service.- Bliss -

Custom Heating & Cooling is a one-stop shop. We purchased our furnace from them a few years ago and they do all of the maintenance on it and whenever we need a filter replaced, or something else done to the unit we call Custom Heating & Cooling and they come over.
