The staff was always there when we needed anything from them. Bob did a nice job with the headstone. They were always there to answer any questions, and overall were just a good company to deal with. When I worked with Rochester Monument it was for a memorial for fallen firefighters in the Webster fire department. They were phenomenal, we bought a bronze statue from them that actually cam from Italy, they only charged us for the material, no shipping, no engraving they really went above and beyond what was expected of hem but they did it for their community.
