The staff at Rochester Monument made that day much easier than I thought it would be. It was the first involvement I had with a death like that, and it was such a tough time. The staff really helped me any way they could. I am so thankful I could find a group that cared and understood my pain. The monument was wonderful, and I really can't think of a single thing they could have done to improve it. - Charlie
