The staff is certainly very courteous and respectful. I have to say it was also done in a very timely manner.

The staff was always there when we needed anything from them. Bob did a nice job with the headstone, and was very pleasant through out the entire process. They were always there to answer any questions, and overall were just a good company to deal with. I am very happy with the quality of work done, and I definitely recommend Rochester Monument to anyone in a situation that calls for a headstone to be made. - S. C.

They really went beyond our expectations when my husband and I worked with them to have a double monument made. The carving and designing were done perfectly, they will really listen to what you want and do their best to bring it to life!

I am absolutely satisfied with the quality of work they did for us. Whenever we had any questions they were right there with the answers. I am thrilled with how everything came out and how friendly everyone was.
