I heard about Rochester Monument through friends and family, and I am glad I went through them at such a hard time for everyone they were very caring and thoughtful.

They answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I mainly worked with Bob, whom was great! Throughout the whole process everyone was beyond friendly.

The staff was always there when we needed anything from them. Bob did a nice job with the headstone, and was very pleasant through out the entire process. They were always there to answer any questions, and overall were just a good company to deal with.
