About two years ago, we decided to get our furnace switched out and they had worked on it before so we trusted them to do this job for us seeing how they have already been to our home and we knew them. Every person that has came to our house from the beginning has been very polite and seemed to know exactly what needed to be done.

I feel confident that Ware does a good job whenever they do work for me. They are always answering my questions, and never seem caught off guard by anything I say.

I really like that they are very prompt with scheduling when they need to come out. They have never been late with their appointments or anything. No one likes hanging around waiting for people to come to their house, so it's something I really appreciate.
