Ware Mechanical put in my new furnace a few years ago, and they have really kept up with it since with yearly checkups. I really like that they are very prompt with scheduling when they need to come out. They have never been late with their appointments or anything. No one likes hanging around waiting for people to come to their house, so it's something I really appreciate.
