I missed my appointment because I had to go out of town and they were very understanding when I called to reschedule last minute. Very happy with them.

Absolutely excellent! The staff treated me like family, I would recommend Northwest to everyone I can! My kids will be going there and my husband has been going there since his childhood. Greatest dentist I've ever seen!
