As far as dentist goes, in 20 years I haven't switched so that should tell you about him and the staff. They're as good as it goes.

The check in and check out process at Richard Spencer DDS is very efficient. Everyone there is on the same page and you can tell they communicate well as a team.

Dr. Spencer's been so good. If my insurance doesn't cover something, they will re-bill the company themselves and fight with them on my behalf. They really go above and beyond.

I've been a patient for 15 years after finding Dr. Spencer after I moved from town. I do construction and was new to the Louisiana area and searched for him online.

I would recommend Dr. Spencer to anyone. I feel so relaxed when I go which is not something people usually say about the dentist. I feel like I can trust them.
